Document screening is conducted on the abilities/qualifications/qualifications possessed by test takers, and conditions suitable for the company are comprehensively considered based on qualifications/capabilities such as major, credits, language skills, global management ability, qualifications, circle/volunteer activities, etc. .

21st interview

The basic qualities necessary for company work, such as ambition (active thinking, enterprising behavior, thorough and ambitious work), management knowledge, and social attitude , are evaluated through an interview.

32nd interview

andidates who have passed the first interview will be interviewed with executives . It evaluates the candidate's basic qualifications as well as their potential to perform well in the company's work .

4Announcement of successful candidates

Only those who pass the interview screening will undergo a physical examination at a hospital designated by our company .
